Supporting our team members' unique needs
Through our Total Rewards program, we strive to provide essential benefits that enable our team members and their families to thrive. Our comprehensive benefits offerings encompass physical, mental, social and emotional health. These benefits are a testament to our belief in the importance of promoting work-life balance and creating a healthy, fulfilling workplace for all Southwire team members.
Promoting musculoskeletal health
We partner with Hinge Health to support team members’ physical health through its musculoskeletal (MSK) program, helping team members recover from injuries and manage chronic pain while improving mobility. Providing these accessible, non-invasive treatment options has helped us build and maintain a healthier, more resilient workforce.
Bringing mental health to the forefront
Through a partnership with Spring Health, we provide readily available, high-quality mental health care for team members and their families. This benefit includes access to therapy, coaching, care navigation, work-life support and an on-demand library of mental well-being exercises. By continuing to reduce barriers to mental health care, we help team members feel supported and empowered to bring their best selves to work each day.
Supporting family planning
Recognizing that everyone’s path to parenthood is unique, we continue to invest in our partnership with Progyny to support team members in their fertility and family-building journeys. Team members leverage resources for fertility, adoption and donor support, ensuring access to a wide range of family planning options. Investing in family planning benefits helps reduce the financial and emotional burden of fertility care on team members, allowing them to focus on their careers while growing their families with confidence.
