According to their site, CEO Action for Inclusion and Diversity  is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Established in 2017, CEO Action was created to promote inclusive and diverse workplaces, emphasizing how collaboration and bold action from the business community, particularly CEOs, are essential for driving large-scale change.

In 2020, Southwire’s CEO Rich Stinson was proud to represent our organization by signing the CEO Action Pledge to show our company’s commitment to ACT ON supporting a more inclusive workplace for team members, communities and society at large.
