I ordered a Roto-Split RS-101AC from amazon. Twice now they sent me a Roto-Flex RF-120A instead. Now they are refunding me, instead of sending me the correct tool. Is the RS-101AC available to buy? I think they are substituing a lesser model?

May I know if this cutter is able to cut Thorlabs Furcation tubing FT05SS Ø5.0 mm Stainless Steel? Is there a manual version that cuts this as well? How is the automatic cutter powered? Can you give me more details? Thanks.

This is a manual tool. It is called the Automatic Roto-Split because it automatically adjusts the clamping pin to the correct diameter. This tool is designed to cut MC cable. There are instructions for the item under the downloads tab on southwiretools.com.

Bought the RS-101AC on June 6. Took it out for electrician training class yesterday. It appears the pin which contacts the conduit under the upper spring loaded handle is missing. Is this a part you can send me? Tried using the contacts tab but It's inop.
