Lowe's customer reviews about right
Found this tool at Lowe's. Read the reviews on the Lowe's website. Purchased it anyway. The answer to all questions/concerns is to call the toll free number. Seems like it would be better to include basic usage instructions and connector information along with the tool packaging. The package even says that "Detailed Instructions are available on Southwiretools.com". Well, not really.
Time will tell if this tool is worth it, but after only one use, I am only "satisfied" but not impressed. The package also says "Guaranteed for Life", but since it is made in China, we will see how that turns out.

Going back to Lowes
I needed to replace the end on my coax cable and not an electrician, but I am mechanically inclined and am not STUPID! The only thing it did was cram the brown piece up into the metal and I was able to pull it off, that's not my understanding of a "CRIMP." Luckily I had a screw on type of connector as a back-up, so I could at least watch my television until I could get someone to fix it properly. The video instruction are nothing more than a sales pitch. It doesn't tell you how much to trim off the end, how much insulation to remove, or how deep you have to shove the cable into the tool. And WHY? would you not include instructions, or tips/techniques in with a tool? Even if I had a smart phone, the video did not help me replace the cable connection.

Simple to use
If you can't figure this tool out with the minimal instructions that are given, your an idiot. Perhaps you should've left to a pro to begin with.
