Difficult to get replacement bits
I like the driver but the square drive bit lost it's little bb spring and falls out. Going to be lost soon - especially working in an insulated attic. Read through the reviews and others have tried as well. Response is to call the phone number. Called the number and waded through the phone tree and got sent to some random anonomous voice-mail. Will see if we get a response but, seriously? No email, chat room? Some version of 2023 service?

Screw driver great: Customer service superior
I have my screwdriver for many months, and with regular use the one of the tips broke. I looked through Home Depot and Lowes trying to find a replacement tip for my screwdriver and could not find one. I contacted customer support and they sent me not only a new tip but also a new screwdriver. Customer service was fast and excellent.

Jack of the trades tool
This is the perfect tool to have in your bag to ensure that you always have the driver you need on hand. It is effectively a "Swiss Army Knife" of drivers for the electrical and HVAC professions. It has a 3/16 and 1/4 flathead/slotted, a #1 and #2 phillips, a #1 and #2 Robertson/square, and a 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 nut driver, which will cover almost any fastener you encounter when doing electrical or HVAC work. The handle is very substantial as you can see in the picture where I have it sitting next to a standard roll of quarters. You can easily get a good deal of torque because the handle size makes it so easy to grip.
The primary benefit of this tool is that you have all nine drivers together in one unit because it is designed in a way that the pieces nest within the handle. If you keep this in your tool bag it will serve either as a primary driver or as a backup when you cannot find one of your dedicated drivers. It is definitely something worth having on hand, even if you only intend to use it as your backup when one of your other drivers decides to disappear on you.
