Started losing oil as soon as i stopped the tugger in the middle of a pull. It came out around the pulling spool. Is the gear box serviceable and where can I find parts. We have had this thing for years so no documentation avaliable. I

Is the cable puller rating an absolute maximum or guaranteed minimum peak performance value?. Is it possible to exceed 3000ft/lb of force momentarily during a pull?
