Great product
I have had these cutters for over a year now. At first I didnt try them because I couldnt bring myself to quit using my Klein's. Well a buddy borrowed my Klein's one day, then all of a sudden I needed a pair so I broke out these. Best thing I ever did for cutting cable. Tbey cut much better, and with less effort than any other brand that I have used. Southwire has a great product here.

Well built product
I’m more than pleased with these cutters, they get the job quick and give a great cut with ease. I wish the handles were a little bit cantalievered so I could cut wires with one hand but I can live with how they’re designed now. Overall I like them and they’re in my tool bag for landing panels and cutting smaller large gauge wires.

Great cutting abilities
I've had these for a few months now and I'm very satisfied with the comfortable grip and easy cutting abilities. Many one handed cuts on larger wires. They came with a very nice edge on the blades. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone wanting larger cutters without wanting to buy a ratcheting pair.

Strong, capable cable cutters
This is a solid tool. I've used it for cutting larger gauge wire and coax, and it delivers cleanly every time. They were a little stiff at first, and took quite a bit of use to get to where they opened and closed smoothly every time, but overall good build quality.

Great feel
I received my cable cutters a while ago and I’ve kept them in my bag since. I use them a lot for cutting flexible cable and 6awg and larger. Been about 6 months now and they still look brand new after daily use. The comfort grip handles are an added bonus.

Heavy duty linesman
The southwire linesmans with crimpers is a great tool, cutting is great thee leverage on the handles really helps when you have a big wire to go through. Im usually a knipex guy buy the weight on these is so much better

Not a lot it won't cut.
These cable cutters are beefy. They are sharp and offer plenty of levrage to cut the cables you have. The action is smooth and doesn't grind. The handles are fairly comfortable. Solid cutters for anyone

Very comfortable grip!
These are awesome cutters and work great for and 4/0 and 2/0 cables and anything smaller! They do have less ratcheting per squeeze then some other cable cutters but still a great product.
