Now, more than ever, it is important that all employees and business associates know that Southwire’s commitment to Doing Right remains of utmost importance. In an effort to continue that commitment, Southwire’s standards of business code of conduct have been updated. This updated, Southwire Code of Business Conduct – Doing Right, The Right Way, not only reminds you to do the right thing, but we want to help you do what is right in the right way. Please familiarize yourself with the Code and don’t hesitate to reach out to the Ethics & Compliance Office if you have questions or concerns.  
 
The Doing Right Helpline is available to Southwire employees, customers, suppliers, and others to report suspected violations of, or ask questions about, the Code of Business Conduct, other policies, or any other ethics or compliance issues.  It is run by an independent third party and is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Reports to the Doing Right Helpline may be made anonymously if desired.
