These LED housings are UL Fire Rated for up to two hours and have a double wall with non-combustible fiber insulation to keep flames and poisonous vapors out. These fire-rated housings are created for usage in multi-family, residential, and commercial settings. To meet different ceiling thicknesses, the housing can be adjusted up to 1-1/2", and the quick connector enables the quick installation of LED downlights.
