Rated 1 out of 5 by Ronnie Begley from Inferior material The bakelight material used to be more like nylon. When you knocked out the rounds, they did not shatter, they stayed in tact. Also, the bakelight did not break when you bent the wire so that you can install the cap. The last 3 that I have used have broken no matter how gentle I handled them. Fortunately the old insert was metal and the same diameter, so I was able to reuse it. You Engineers may save you a dime, but they are making a product that does not work.
