I have a new 34951 that just received from Southwire with the bluetooth capability and am trying to use the new surge guard app on my android phone. I cannot get them to pair. Any ideas I can try?

On the Surgegaurd RV Models 34931 or the 34951. I've noticed that there is a white, and a brownish color model available. What's the difference?

There should be no difference between the capabilities, just a different look. The newer ones call out the Bluetooth compatibility on the packaging now that the Surge Guard app has been released.

Does the 34951 have a replaceable surge protection module? That is to say, when it is no longer functional after doing its job?

I have a Surge Guard* 50A – Model 34951. Is there an andriod app to connect with this unit display via bluetooth?

At the moment, our phone app hasn't been released for this product. Once we release the Phone app it will work for both iPhone and android.
