MARC Leadership Development Spotlight:

In 2023, we launched our participation in the Mutual Accountability Real Change (MARC) program, a Catalyst initiative designed to build effective gender partnership and inclusive cultures. At Southwire, the program is encouraged for all site leaders, directors and above career bands.

Inclusion Performance Objective Spotlight:

Progress requires alignment and accountability. To that point, inclusive leadership has been integrated into our annual performance management system. Leaders and team members are encouraged to establish goals and priorities that support Southwire’s core value of inclusion.
