Used 4 times. End snapped off 4th use. No support, no repair kit for end. Overpriced for its value.

3 up, 3 down, tips break to easily
We recently (Past 2 months) purchased 3 Southwire Fiberglass 100' fishtapes, the tips stated breaking off within 2 weeks of use.
Called and asked about warranty and was informed there was no warranty from either Lowes or Southwire.
I did recive 3 new tips.
Great, any information on how to replace would be great.
Kicker of this is, we do not use daily, very rare as we install Low Voltage wire.

Very Poor Yet Expensive Product
Purchased this fish tape brand new and tape broke on third 20 foot wire pull (Four #12) through 1/2 PCV.. Tip always jamb on third elbow. And was not able to complete job and had to return with a new metal tape..

Tip broke off
Used it 3 times and the tip broke off.
I paid for a 100’ tape only to find out THERE WAS ONLY 75’ INSIDE!!
Label even states that it is 100’.
Extremely disappointed and purchasing Klein products now.

No, we do not currently have replacement ends for the fiberglass fish tapes. We do not have plans on implementing replacement tips, unfortunately. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

Do you make a Reapir kit for the tip I have 2 broken fish tapes if so how much and what's the part number , if not do you sell just the 100 ft fiberglass fish tape refills again the price and part number would be great thanks,
