When we activate the tensionometer for job #2 the distance pulled does not reset automatically. We read the included documents. They do not refer to any procedure to reset this value. What are we doing wrong?

Our 10k tugger turns but once we put pressure on it the wheel stops. is there a shear pin on this mechine that would break that would need to be replaced
