I just purchased your RJCR-T1K crimp tool and it works fine BUT the data plugs are too big they will not fit in the socket???

This kits come with 10 RJ45, 10 RJ11 and 10 RJ22 connectors. We recommend double checking to make sure you are using the RJ45 connectors. Thank you.

I own the RJCR-T1 and am happy with it as well as the RJ45 connectors that came with the package. I need more connectors and some reviews say they don't work well with the Southwire crimping tool. Please recommend RJ45 plugs for this tool.

I have had this tool for about a year and one of the blades on it broke in half. How/Where do I find replacement blades for it? Is this covered under a warranty? It is the longer blade on the front side of the tool right under where it says Southwire.
