Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only works for RJ-45 connectors. I use this tool all the time for RJ-45 connectors. But, it has never worked on the RJ-11 connectors. It over-crimps them, and the pins get pushed too far into the plastic. I called tech support. They said that an engineer would be in touch with me. I have not heard from anyone.

The wire strippers do not work.  I tried as the picture showed.  It did not work.  Then I tried one wire at a time.  That did not work.  The blades do not come close enough to cut.

The order for twisted pair can be either 2 ways. Just make sure you are consistent with the ordering type you choose: (Front Left to Right, when pointing the connector away from you) Type A: Green/White, Green, Orange/White, Blue, Blue/White, Orange, Brown/White, Brown Type B: Orange/White, Orange, Green/White, Blue, Blue/White, Green, Brown/White, Brown
