Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Parts hard to come by Good pallet jack, but if you ever need a repair part, Southwire just sucks. You will have a hard time just simply finding an e-commerce web site to click and purchase- you must go to an inside sales person in a distributor 3rd party business, who contacts Southwire- slow, and time consuming while the pallet jacks sits broken for a very long time. Stick with Uline- parts are quick, so down time is minimal.
