Great tool
I really liked the screw tip for self starting it really grabs the wood and gives a nice start, makes a nice clean hole and works in tight spots but also having the 1/4 shank I can easily add an extension on it for a little extra length. It worked great for running security in wood door frames.

Attaches easily, works well
One thing that makes it stand out is how easy it and effortless it goes through the wood. It was easy to attach to my drill and although the wood was thick, it was a simple and easy cut. The holes come out pretty smooth too without requiring much work or force.

Very durable and good quality
Aggressive design ans worm pulls easily through materials. Hex end for quick change between drilling and drive bits an exception feature. Overall good performance with minimal tool changes,and worked well for multiple holes and installing metal boxes to studs.

Perfect clean holes and reliability!
This bit works great for getting into small spaces. Its short enough to use in restricted areas but also strong enough to consistently drill perfect holes. The length on this bit allowed it to stand out from others. Perfect holes every time

Great Quality Auger Bit
I received this bit aa week ago and paired with my DeWalt Flexvolt drill it can not be stopped. Recently used it to rough in some electrical and This Southwire auger bit preformed as expected. I will be buying for bits in the future.

Shorter works better sometimes!
I really enjoyed having a bit that could fit between studs in the wall to make tight quarters holes. The longer bits are great, in their place, but you sometimes don’t have room for an 18” bit.

Good for rough ins
Good bit for eveyday rough ins. Everything you'd expect of a auger.
It had a littel bur on the cutting edge first hole knocked it right off tho still nice and Sharp

Excellent Drill Bit
This auger bit makes clean, fast cuts. Must use with a drill handle for safety and proper control. Excellent addition to my drill bit collection--it just works.
