can I use this on a wood ceiling? Just need to cut 5 holes in 3/4 thick headboard

We would not recommend using this product on dense wood, only use on drywall or ceiling tiles. Thank you.

You sell a tool without replaceable blades? I have 1927 Spanish colonial with a hard mix plaster ceiling. blades will degrade quickly. Am I to keep buying tools just to have blades?

How does one cut a hole on 1/4" increments? I'm retrofitting 6" Halo "can's which requires a 6-1/4" opening. 6" is too small, 6-1/2" is too big. I spent $22.47 in Lowe's do this tool to minimize the dust. Any suggestions?
