Great tool
I bought this tool a couple of years ago and Was really happy with it until my blade got a little dull and I couldn’t find any replacement blades.For the amount of money that i spent on this tool I was convinced that finding replacement blades would be the least of my worries but to this day I haven’t found them at any store or online.I do electrical work for a living and like buying quality tools but this experience has pushed me away from purchasing additional southwire tools because I feel like they’re trying to force me to purchase another tool which I refuse to do.

Short term tool
I bought it a few years back used for a about 6 months and a screw came loss so I have to tighten the screw after using it every so often. The cutting wheel is so sharp that it creates a sharp jag inside of the emt. It comes with a flip knife to shave down the sharp edge, but it's not that great I always come back with emt reamer. The other name brand tool has a buffer in the cutting wheel to prevent you from cutting to deep into the emt.

Works great until the blade dulls
Have looked everywhere for replacement blades after spending top dollar on this tool. Absurd that it doesn't come with an extra blade or two!

Seems to me that you have a problem with folks like myself who forked over a premium price for your cutter and now can't find replacement blades. Ridiculous don't you think? Just tell us where or how to get them rather than making us call your CST.
