Southwire Ultimate Rock N’ Roll Contest Official Rules (U.S.)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

1. Eligibility

The Ultimate Rock N’ Roll Contest (the “Contest”) is open to contractors who are enrolled in the Southwire ContractorConnect™ Engagement Platform (each a “Contractor” and collectively, “Contractors”). For greater certainty, Contractors must satisfy the foregoing eligibility criteria and all terms as set out in these Official Rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Contractor’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Southwire Company, LLC with corporate (“Sponsor” or “Southwire”).

Contest Entry Period

The Contest begins on March 1, 2026, at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET (the “Contest Entry Period”).

How to Enter/Winner Selection

During the Contest Entry Period, Contractors will earn points by performing various tasks on the ContractorConnect platform. Each Contractors final point total will be calculated as the aggregate total value of the “points” earned during the Contest Entry Period (“Entry”). All determinations of valid “points” shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At the end of the Contest Entry Period, the Sponsor will award prizes to two (2) Contractors as set forth below:

Most Points. The winner of this prize category will be the two (2) Contractors who earn the most ContractorConnect points during the Contest Period. Contractors may earn points by performing the following tasks:

• Signing up
• Completing their Profile
• Attending SSU Training
• Blue Volt Trainings
• Participating in Promotions
• Submit a qualified project Lead
• Filling out surveys
• Referring another contractor to sign up for the ContractorConnect platform.

Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. In the event that there is a tie, the Contractor that earned the winning number of points at the earlier date in the Contest Period will be the winner. All promotion redemption claims for ContractorConnect points must be submitted by August 10, 2026, to be eligible for the grand prize. ContractorConnect point promotion redemption claims from Q3 will not apply for this contest.

Winner Notification

Within approximately five (5) business days from the end of the Contest Entry Period, the winning individual Contractors (each a “Prize Participant”) will be notified via email. Potential winners are subject to verification. Each Prize Participant will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, within the time frame specified thereon or prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Prize Participant is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if a is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize (or any portion thereof) as stated, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate Prize Participant in a manner it deems fair and equitable. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Prize Participants.

Prize

Each winning Prize Participant will receive the following prize package:

1. Two (2) tickets to the Guns N Roses concert in Atlanta, GA on September 19, 2026. The schedule and event agenda are subject to Sponsor’s discretion and scheduling. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is approximately $625.00.
2. Paid travel arrangements as follows: round-trip airfare for Prize Participant, coach class, between a major airport near Contractor’s primary location and Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The schedule of the flights is in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to change, with tentative arrival the day of the Concert and departure the following day. ARV will depend on travel itinerary but will be approximately $500.
3. Paid hotel accommodation as follows: hotel accommodation for one night (the night of the Concert) and at a hotel of Sponsor’s selection in or around the selected destination (standard room/single occupancy). Sponsor will provide group transportation to and from the hotel, airport, the Concert, and any other location scheduled by Sponsor. ARV is approximately $500.

The difference between any stated ARV and actual value of the prize at the time of granting will not be awarded to the winner. Any and all travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent. Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and transportation, and incidental charges) are the responsibility of the Prize Participant. Ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation if Prize Participant resides within a 100-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in value. The Prize Participant must possess and show valid travel documents prior to departure (e.g., valid driver’s license, passport, or other acceptable government-issued identification). Prize Participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Once airline tickets have been ticketed, no changes will be permitted. Sponsor will determine airline, airports, flight itinerary, and hotel in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodation restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancelled or postponed ticketed events, travel, or accommodation for any reasons, including, without limitations, pandemic, or health reasons. All prizes are awarded "AS IS." Sponsor does not offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or any guarantee of entry into any event, travel carrier, or accommodation provider) in connection with this Contest or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event a Prize Participant wins the Contest but does not want to accept the prize, the Prize Participant will be awarded ContractorConnect points in an amount equivalent to the prize set forth in Section 6. Prizes are subject to terms, conditions, expiration dates, and restrictions imposed by the carrier, manufacturer of the prize, or issuer in the case of a gift card or similar instrument. Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees and expenses not listed above as specifically included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of Prize Participant. No items or services other than those listed above will be provided. The ARV of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the approximate retail value thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any Prize is lower than the stated listed ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. The Released Parties (defined below) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Prize during or after delivery. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize during the Contest if there are no eligible entries for the Contest, as determined in its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of any prize by the Prize Participant will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute an item listed above with another item of equal or greater value, any such substitute items to also be considered a “prize” for purposes of these Official Rules. By accepting the prize, the Prize Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined below) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.

Release

By participating in the Contest, all Contractors, including, without limitation the Prize Participants, agrees: to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, employees, agents, officers, directors, volunteers, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, distributors, sales representatives, participating schools and related boards and government agencies, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, action, cause of action, or liability of any kind for actual or alleged injury, death loss, or damage to a person or property (collectively, any “Claim”), to waive any Claim against the Released Parties, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party Claim arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, the acceptance or receipt of any prize, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activity.

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THESE RULES, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Disputes

By entering the Contest, each Contractor and Prize Participant agrees to the full extent permitted by law that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, including against any of the Released Parties, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) without limiting any release, waiver, indemnity or limitation of liability in these Official Rules, the Released Parties’ liability, including any, judgment and/or award against the Released Parties, shall be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by a Contractor or Prize Participant to enter and participate in the Contest, not to exceed fifty dollars.

11. Contractor's Personal Information

The Sponsor is collecting personal information about Contractors and Prize Participants for the purpose of administering this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Contest shall be directed to Sponsor.

12. Binding Rules

These Official Rules are a binding contract, so read them carefully before participating. Each Contractor and Prize Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
