Piece of junk don’t waste your money!
I have two of these surge guards and the two monitors that go with them. I agree with the first reviewer… Neither ever work. Complete waste of money… and yes I read your “manual”. Who ever wrote the manual must have also designed and manufactured the “monitor” that doesn’t work. Get the regular Surge Guard without Bluetooth. U til they figure out how to make a monitor that really communicates the information it’s a waste of money.

Never has worked
Bought this probably 8 months ago at the same time as the 50A Surge Guard 34950. The thing has never worked. Doesn't seem to connect with the surge guard. Every once in a while, I mess with it to try and get it to work, until I get frustrated and just hang it back on the RV wall as decoration.

Is there a manual on the remote? How do I know when various faults were recorder? Will shown faults go away after a while, or will the stay displayed forever?

Trying to get an answer.. Purchased but it did not have any mounting screws. Were they supposed to be part of the package?

Good evening,
Unfortunately this product does not come with any fasteners like mounting screws because it is unknown how it will be installed in your RV. It does include the mounting plate that can be attached within the RV at your desired location though.

Does this monitor have a warranty? It worked fine for a while. Now, it just cycles back and forth between RV Off & No Link. I've tried connecting it again several times with no luck. I've even left it sit on the surge protector. Nothing.
