These units transfers to generator power automatically when energized after 30 second delay (generator mode). When both shore and generator power are available, generator dominates after 30 second delay. Once generator shuts down, shore power activates after a 3 second delay.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Farmer from One And Done The 40350 RVC was factory-installed in my camper. All was well the first 3 days. Midday on the 4th day the power transfer switch stopped working and will not even allow my generator to supply power for me. At a price of nearly $1000 plus instalation I am very concerned and the company has given me NO answers.
