Horrible service, Got a call back from a "technician /engineer" and after him trying to explain that a surge protector was not for voltage surges and I didn't know that GFCI's react to current flow on a non-current carrying conductor, he told me that I may be happier with another manufacturers device! I will take his advice and tell everyone I meet not to buy your products because you don't care about customers. Can't give ZERO STARS.
