Cut the cord; now off with the old
After several cuts and patches to the power cord on my hedge clipper, it was time to replace the cord. The Southwire 14/3 replacement power cord that I used was very flexible and easy to install, but my favorite feature was the cord cap. The cap is large and looks like it will provide great strain relief on the cord but what I really liked is the recess on top of the cap for your thumb so you can easily grip the cap allowing you to easily plug it into a receptacle or more importantly unplug it easily without putting strain on the conductors in the cord. I will definitely recommend using this cord the next time I need a replacement.

Great Product
This 6 foot Ft. 12/3 SJTW replacment cord is an excellent product. This cord has a triple tap receptacle so that up to three tools or devices can be plugged in at once. There have been several times in the past when I was trying to use an extension cord and couldn't tell if I was getting power to the receptacle or not. With this cord you will know because you can see it perfectlt clear. This 6 ft cord is excellent for use with generators and power tools.

Extremely rugged and strong.
Just what I needed! I have an old Milwaukee 1/2" drill where the cord has become unserviceable. I disassembled the drill and installed the Southwire 14/3, 6' Power Supply cord. With the addition of some wire terminals it works perfectly. I especially like the ruggedness of the plug. I feels like it should last a long time.

Replacement cord
This replacement cord is just what I was looking for. It has many uses. This cord is of good quality and has the third prong used in many of today’s electric equipment. The plug side of the cord is well put together. And the connection side is pre-stripped to allow the user to make the connection easier.

Excellent medium duty replacement cord
I used this product to replace a worn power cable on an older scroll saw, and it has been performing well for two weeks now. Feels sturdy and well made for a lighter cord, and installation was a breeze with everything pre-stripped. Would use these for any future replacements with confidence.

Great replacement Appliance Cord!
Great replacement applicant cord for tools, equipment, etc. Excellant length, good tight plug end and strong flexible cord material. Easy to read packaging, with a good length of exposed wiring for connecting to device. An excellent product.

Top of the line
Great quality, and good thick coating . Manufactured well great continuity. The male end if manufactured out of top of the line quality thick hard what seems to be a type of poly carb ,so will definitely hold up to everyday use.

Great for a replacement
Easy to replace that old cut cord on any saw or corded tool. Long enough, heavy duty and the prongs seem strong. Will always use these to replace my cords on any tool I own. Best part is safety said it works for OSHA standards.
