Rich Stinson Receives William E. Gaskin Ally Award

Southwire is proud to announce that President and CEO Rich Stinson has been selected as a 2025 recipient of the William E. Gaskin Ally Award.

Presented by the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), this national honor recognizes male leaders in manufacturing who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to supporting and advancing women both within their companies and across the industry.

Stinson was nominated by his peers and selected by a judging panel of industry leaders serving on WiM’s Board of Directors.

The recognition highlights Stinson’s dedication to building a culture of inclusion and equity at Southwire. Under his leadership, the company has implemented initiatives that empower women in manufacturing and create opportunities for growth, mentorship and advancement.

Stinson will be honored alongside eleven other award recipients during WiM’s annual SUMMIT at the Hall of Fame Ceremony on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 9 a.m. CT, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
