The chatbot uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to answer customer queries, drawing information from a vast database to provide simple and helpful responses. The solution ensures that customers and contractors get fast, accurate assistance, accelerating response times by 30% for general wire and cable inquiries.

The Southwire CableTechSupport Chatbot is a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled, customer-facing tool in the industry. It is projected to boost efficiency, reducing the engineering workload by more than 10%. Additionally, the chatbot will serve as a valuable resource for onboarding and training new team members.
