Very Disappointed
Tried many times to connection thru Bluetooth nothing but failures , was recommended and was told Bluetooth compatible found out others have similar issues. Tried contacting and never get a response. Registered with company and can’t even access, reset password many times to no avail.

Junk!!
The Bluetooth never works. It's not water-tight as advertised, as water poured out of it at the end of the season. Complete junk customer service is trash.

It does everything we need it to do!
AFter our last one stopped working, we were on the hunt for something that we could trust to protect all of our work equipment. This one checked all the boxes and it's worked great from day 1.

App not working properly
I bought this a week ago, the app connect, sometimes but States power is off to the RV. But it is not. Also it does not stay connected. Running app on Android 15.

Bazaarvoice SAP Hybris Integration Version 2.8.2
I have the 34951. I have had it for about 4-5 years and it has worked great. However, I am now getting the code "open neutral". The troubleshooting guide says to call technical support for this but I only get a message. Can you help?
