How can the height of the cart be 13 inches tall when the castors are 8 inches by them self? What is the total height of the cart. Or what is the height to the center bar where the spools will sit from the ground?

We apologize for the error on our website, this unit used to ship disassembled. The working height on the WW-520 is 40 inches.
