Winn Wise, President OEM Division
Winn Wise is President of Southwire’s OEM Division, which serves manufacturing companies with the full complement of Southwire’s products in North America and throughout the world. Southwire’s total solutions approach is aimed at driving total manufacturing costs out of the supply chains of our customers.
Winn joined Southwire in 1986 as an industrial engineer in the company’s Carrollton Utility Products Plant. He later moved into account management with Southwire’s OEM Sales Group, serving in several sales and marketing positions before joining Distributor Sales as marketing manager for agent territories in 1996.
Three years later, Winn was promoted to director of marketing for the Wire and Cable Division. He joined Southwire’s Electrical Division in 2002, first managing the industrial and OEM segments before heading up the construction segment beginning in 2005. He was promoted to senior vice president in 2006. A 1986 graduate of Auburn University, Winn earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
