Making the Cable Design Evaluator Work for You
Southwire’s Cable Design Evaluator (CDE) is a tool created to help you evaluate the lowest cost wire and cable solution for an individual project. Gone are the days of crunching numbers and variables; Southwire’s CDE can do it for you.
Using the input data, the tool will evaluate the cost of labor and materials using a variety of possible wire and cable options and configurations, such as wire in conduit, MC cable, copper or aluminum conductors.
Once your selections have been made, you can save the data and create a Cost Comparison Report for your records. The documents can be printed or saved as a PDF for future reference.
